Bedroom two and three share the air conditioning from the living room - A brand new large unit that works amazing - Please note the outlet is in the living room and not individually to bedroom 2 and 3.

Basement parking height is 1.9 metres - Please note this height clearance is lower than many.

There are no blockout curtains in the bedrooms. No curtains or sheers in the living and dining areas - Direct to the ocean. 

IMPORTANT: Basement parking to your apartment - Stairs from basement to ground level. Walkway is outdoors to your beachfront building lift - Approx 50 metres uncovered. Stairs within your villa. Lift from ground floor to level 3.

Third bedroom: Queen bed and robe. Fan only - No air conditioning
