All Apartments and Residences of ours include at least one complimentary car parking space in your resort. For extra car parking spaces, please see below.
Please note: ALL of our basement car parking height limits at Circle on Cavill, Q1, Soul are 2.2 metres height limit. Chevron Renaissance Tower 1 and 2 are 2.2 metres and Tower 3 apartments have a 2.1 metre height restrictions. Moroccan Resort height limit is 2 metres and Paros on the Beach/Paradiso is 1.9 metres.
Trucks, Buses, vehicles heigher than 2.2 metres, vehicles with high roof racks or pods higher than the above listed limits and 12 seater vans/mini bus cannot use this complimentary basement parking. Please see high vehicle option ‘Cypress Avenue Car Park’ further below:

Bruce Bishop Car Park
Undercover, Height limit 2.08 metres
Paid Parking – Operated by The City of Gold Coast
Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise only metres from the Gold Coast’s key attractions and in convenient proximity to major hotels and apartments, Bruce Bishop car park offers 1600 car spaces on seven (7) levels, with 24 hour CCTV surveillance and security patrols.
Cypress Avenue Car Park
Ourdoor, No height restrictions
Paid Parking – Operated by The City of Gold Coast
High vehicles – any vehicle over the maximum height of 2.2 metres for all GoldCoastHolidays.com.au resorts, or taller than the 2.08 metre height limit for Bruce Bishop Car Park – can park at the reasonably-priced Cypress Avenue Car park.

Soul Surfers Paradise
4 The Esplanade, Surfers Paradise (Also known as Peppers Soul, Mantra Soul and Soul Boardwalk)
The Resort is operated by Peppers, a Mantra Group company and the paid parking is operated by Secure Parking. The height limit for Soul Surfers Paradise parking is 2.2 metres.
Hourly Parking – Resets at 5am daily
- 0 – 1 Hour: $0.00
- 1 Hour – 1.5 Hours: $8.00
- 1.5 Hours – 2 Hours: $10.00
- 2 hours – 3 Hours: $12.00
- 3 Hours + $15.00
Night parking is also available for a flat fee of $8.00. Enter after 4pm and exit by 5am. Lost ticket is charged at $15.00
Hilton Surfers Paradise
6 Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise (Also known as H Residences and the buildings individually as Orchid Tower and Boulevard Tower).
The building is branded Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences and the retail parking is operated by Secure Parking. We manage Residences at the same address, these are our H Residences. The height limit for Hilton Surfers Paradise parking is 2.2 metres.
Circle on Cavill Retail
9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
This car park is operated by Care Parking Pty Ltd – Not Mantra Circle on Cavill.
Parking is accessed from 9 Ferny Avenue, via the two yellow boom gates just prior to Mantra Circle on Cavill Residents Parking gate. Two hours free parking available with Woolworths supermarket receipt of $10 or more, purchased on the same day as parking. Other parking rates (and lost ticket prices) shown below (Click link for most accurate information, direct from provider):
Eartly Bird Parking:
- $7.50 flat rate
- In between 6am-9.30am, exit between 3pm-8.30pm
- You must park on Level B2 and B3 to validate Early Bird parking fee
Casual Parking:
- 0-0.5 hours: $2.00
- 0.5-1 hour: $4.00
- 1-2 hours: $8.50
- 2-3 hours: $13.00
- 3-4 hours: $15.00
- 4+ hours (daily maximum): $18.00

Circle On Cavill Customers
The first 2 hours of parking is free upon presentation of a receipt for $10.00 or more from any Circle on Cavill retailer. For instructions, please visit one of the pay stations within the car park.
