After your first payment is processed you will complete your pre check-in verification: https://goldcoastholidays.com.au/sign
On arrival day then simply come by our Safe Box, collect your keys, bypass building reception and head straight into your apartment – after 2pm of course.
Enter the arcade between KD Kebabs and Milky Lane Burger Bar – We are 30 metres inside the arcade, on the left hand side. Your check-in machine is located in the front window of our shop. (DO NOT enter the elevators to the office tower).
Check-Out
Please bring all keys back to our shop on departure day. Place the keys, one at a time, through the very small slot in the glass. The return slot is located directly underneath the check-in safe box. Please DO NOT leave your keys inside the bottom of the check-in box.
If you would like baggage storage or extended parking after checkout please contact us prior to your checkout day to arrange.
